What will your legacy be?
A decision to remember Brunel in your will or as part of your estate can make so much possible. Through bursaries and scholarships, a gift in your will can give opportunities to generations of future students with access to a university education, whatever their background or financial circumstances. You could help with scholarships, new teaching resources and facilities, or you could help young people have achieve their potential in the face of hardship.
Help future generations of students facing hardship
Funded in part by your generous donations, the Brunel Student Hardship Fund is a partnership between Brunel University London and the Union of Brunel Students to support students through difficult financial circumstances that may have otherwise meant they had to abandon their education. Over the past years, the rising cost of living has made it even tougher for many students on a fixed budget, and we predict extra assistance will be required to meet increasingly costly short-term needs. If you decide to support the Student Hardship Fund with a legacy gift or donation, it will help future generations of students make sure they finish their studies and reach their full potential.
If you are interested in leaving a legacy gift to Brunel, you can specify precisely what you want your gift to support, or you can let future university leaders decide how to use your legacy donation. If you want to direct your gift to an area of our work that is of special interest or importance to you, please contact us to discuss your ideas so that we can ensure that your wishes can be carried out. Informing the university about your legacy is not binding in any way and you can change your mind.
We would be delighted to discuss your wishes and help you achieve your future legacy with a gift in your will to Brunel. Please send us a message at alumni@brunel.ac.uk to get started.
